How I Can Help

Going through something traumatic is difficult enough, so when the effects of it linger it can easily become exhausting. You may be left questioning the phrase, 'time heals all wounds' as you maneuver through life with uninvited thoughts, images, new fears, and physical reactions.

If something distressing has happened in your life and you're wishing you could go back to how things felt 'before' the event and finally get a nightmare-free sleep, then you're in the right place.

I will fill your coping skill toolbox to help get through daily life and feel confident working through the tough memories together.

We will use effective eye-movement techniques to re-wire painful memories

What will be your Next Chapter?

We all have a story.

It is no secret that our past impacts who we become. We are a sum of our experiences- those we cherish and also those that we perhaps wish didn’t carry so much weight- they all mold how we think and view the world. It turns out that it is very possible to lessen or even eliminate the impact of certain events from our past, allowing us to live with much more comfort and freedom.  Whether you’re feeling shame, guilt, anger, or fear we can reduce those feelings and live a more fulfilling life.  Oh, and those pictures and scenes that keep replaying in your mind, we can get rid of those too.

I am on a mission to spread that relief to as many people as possible.

If you are ready, or are thinking about being ready, then you've already taken a step toward creating the next chapter of your life and I'd love to be a part of your team for the journey.

Side story: Throughout the years I found myself asking people what they wanted the next chapter of their life to be titled and the responses spoke volumes.  They captured their goals while also planting a seed for envisioning the past being a thing of the past with the future pages yet to be written. In these moments I witnessed hope be created.  These shared moments stuck with me which inspired the name of my business.

What do you want the title of your next chapter to be?
